The complex of buildings of pharmaceutical production of JSC «BIOCAD»

CJSC "Biocad" is a Russian biotech company and the first project in Russia implemented for the long-term purchase by the state of medicines from the list of VED with counter investment obligations of the supplier. LENKON LLC has developed the main and secondary structures of the main production building. Also, within the framework of this project, author supervision was implemented with the constant presence of one of the LENKON specialists at the construction site of CJSC Biocad, which allowed to promptly resolve issues and unforeseen situations during the construction and installation work.

The building of the production building is multi-storey, consists of 4 parts: administrative and household, production and laboratory, logistics and warehouse. The dimensions of the building in the axes are 141x254 m. The building is divided by temperature seams into 5 blocks. The frame of the building is designed according to a mixed structural scheme: the administrative and household part is frame-free, the production and laboratory part is frame–free and frame-free, the logistics part is frame–free, the warehouse part is frame-free.
