The projected warehouse building is a one-story, multi-span heated building with a built-in and attached administrative and household building, as well as a promising superstructure of the external administrative and household building. The dimensions in the plan are 506x120 m. The height to the bottom of the rafter structures is 12 m.

The building is divided into 3 fire compartments by type 1 fire walls. The frame is combined - bearing reinforced concrete columns, the coating is made of metal structures, the interstory floors of the administrative building are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs on a profiled sheet.
