The project of a two-storey section of a modular building was developed for mass production with the prospect of quickly assembling an entire building from a different number of these sections - as a constructor. The size of one module in the plan is 7.0x2.445 m, height 2.85 m, the size of the 8-module section is respectively 14x4.905 m, height 7.693 m.

The frame of each module is designed according to a frame scheme, the rigidity of the frame is provided by the rigid fastening of the racks to the frames made in the form of telescopic joints, the coating structure is trusses.
