The service appeared due to LENKON getting repeated requests for help in correcting the section of Constructive Solutions(CS) and assisting the state expertise.

Initially, this was a rather unusual request for us, but we took up the work and successfully accomplished it. Now we help our clients in correcting errors in documentation and going through evaluation.

How does this work?

We study your project documentation: we identify weak spots, analyze design schemes and main components. If there are no serious mistakes and the project does not need to be redone from scratch, but it is enough to make reasonable adjustments, LENKON gets to work.

Of course, the success of the examination depends on the quality of execution of all sections of the project documentation. And although we are responsible only for the Constructive Solutions section, we can definitely minimize difficulties significantly, communicate with experts directly, hold technical meetings and inform the customer about the current situation.

Конечно, успех прохождения экспертизы зависит от качества выполнения всех разделов проектной документации. И хотя мы отвечаем только за раздел КР, мы точно можем существенно минимизировать сложности, вести прямое общение с экспертами, проводить технические совещания и информировать заказчика о текущей ситуации.

— Determination of the cross-section of the floor beams;

— Determination of the cross-section of beams, trusses and coating connections;

— Determination of the cross-section of the profiled exterior;

— Determination of the cross-section of the profiled flooring.

We analyze the design and working documentation:

— adopted fundamental design decisions;

— checking the cross sections of ordinary columns;

— checking the cross-sections of the floor beams;

— evaluation of decisions made on foundations;

— the main junctions of the main building structures;

— offering the most optimal solutions in order to cut on material consumption.

As a result, you receive an official letter with the analysis of the decisions that were made, according to which you will be able to minimize the risk of making last minute changes in the documentation.
