Reinforced concrete structures can be monolithic and prefabricated. First of all, they differ in production techniques. While designing monolithic buildings, it is taken into account that pouring concrete and increasing the strength of bearing elements due to steel reinforcement is done during the construction of structures. In the second case, serial factory elements such as foundation blocks, columns and others are used in the construction of the object.

— Planning of protective measures against possible impact on reinforced concrete of mechanical damage, water and various aggressive environment;

— Evaluation of estimates and statements to determine the scope of work.

The main purpose of QL design is to provide an accurate engineering component of the future operation of a construction object with minimal investments. Of course, the implementation of such a goal is possible only with the correct arrangement of organizational tasks, strict control over all stages of the development of technical drawings and calculations, as well as compliance with the required standards and standards.
